This is the story of the Brave Queen “Rani Durgawati” the scion of the Famous Chandel dynasty of Mahoba, and the queen of the Gond Kingdom of Garha-Katanga, The Rani took on the might of the Mughal Empire with great courage and leadership. She, like many other women of her times, Chose to embrace death rather than falling into the hands of the enemy.

The National level of Kendriya Vidyalaya Kala Utsav was organized in Kolkata, in which contestants from 26 regions were included.
and the students of this vidyalaya had secured second position out of 26 regions.
